The restaurant, awarded the Michelin star, is considered by the gastronomic guides to be the best int town of Trento; it offers local cuisine "revisited" with a creative flair. The menù changes with the seasons of the year. There are two proposals of gourmet choice menù, one of local savours, the other of seasonal specialities, and the possibility, at lunchtime only, of a single dish.
The menù à la carte offers a choice of five starters, five first courses, five main courses and six desserts, all rigorously prepared on the premieses, including the pasta and bread. A cheese board with "Mostarda" and honey from the Trentino area, with carefully chosen wines served by the glass, will satisfy the most refined connoisseur.
Advanced enological studies and the particulary favourable lay of the land in the Trentino area make it possible to cultivate numerous varieties of wines. From the international Chardonnay, Pinot, Cabernet, Merlot, to the aromatic Traminer, Muller Thurgay, Riesling, to the local varietes, Nosiola, Marzemino, Teroldego and Rebo, all acquire characteristics that are particular to this area.
Characteristics that our "Wine List"seeks to emplhasize with 400 labels, both local and internationa, selected with care. As a completement to the dessert or cheese course, a second wine list offers a selection of 40 different sweet wines for "Meditation" at the end of the meal.
