Kaiserkron occupies the old baroque Palais Pock in the heart of Bolzano. It is Bolzano's newest and most dazzling restaurant and bar, which features also a secluded terrace, perfect for those warm summer months. Whether you are with friends, business partners, a large party or a dining for two, Kaiserkron is the perfect place to come and lounge or dine.
Originally the baroque Palais Pock dating back to the 18th century used to be the famous Hotel Zur Kaiserkron. Today the whole building is owned by locals and the Restaurant Kaiserkron has been re-designed and refurbished by the award-winning architect Tiziano Vudafieri from Milan, whilst still maintaining its original features. The management was taken over by the Hotel Rosa Alpina Sas of the Pizzinini Family with Norbert Niederkofler as Executive Chef.
Now, updated with a relaxed contemporary style, "Zur Kaiserkron" features modern interiors accented with classical elements and warm wood furnishings. Each room has its own distinct and unique ambience, all complementing one another yet reflecting different moods, depending on the feeling of the moment.
